How do you provide development for your team?

We support our team to gain knowledge and skill through training, but also by reflecting, sharing and trying new things. We provide conferences with professionally recognised speakers enabling us to focus on trauma-responsive approaches that help us connect with our children and young people. We believe that good development enables our team to build confidence and keep themselves well and resilient. We have an individualised development plan that we use to pinpoint key learning outcomes taking seriously how we measure individual development.
