How do you ensure that foster carers are a part of the professional team

We support our foster carers to be actively involved with the team around the child in their care. We advocate where required for the foster carer to be fully informed and be given the platform to share their experience to improve the outcomes for the child. We involve foster carers to support other foster carers, undertaking additionally paid sessional work peer mentor roles.
