Meeting the needs of a looked after child is paramount to us. We will work very closely with you and the child in your care to make sure that the transfer process goes smoothly. If you want to transfer to us, you’ll need to tell your existing agency as soon as possible. After you’ve done this, they’ll arrange a meeting to discuss the transfer and we’ll be at the meeting with you to answer any questions and support the process.
